Products

Throughout its history, the company has been involved in full-cycle printing products, integrating its primary activity of printing on paper and similar materials with the direct production of various other ancillary products: filter bags, melamine papers, stationery products, and plastic material labels.

Grafiche Gelmini, now Gigraf, provides support to companies in every sector, from pharmaceuticals to food.
The production of labels initially focused on the beverage industry, later expanding to the olive oil market and the tinplate sector related to over-the-counter products (including pet food).

The company is very attentive to the environment, particularly to the low environmental impact (BIA) of its products at every stage of their life cycle. Additionally, it continuously develops new materials in collaboration with the leading producers of technological papers in Milan, also thanks to a close relationship with the Politecnico di Milano.

The company’s decades of experience and the sophisticated innovative technologies it has adopted since the 1970s, combined with a complex system of procedures and stringent online controls, have allowed it to reduce production costs and order execution times. These improvements in process technology and quality have eliminated problems with the use of finished products at client sites. The product ensures high standards of uniformity and is capable of demonstrating maximum levels of efficiency, precision, and repeatability over time.

Naturally, throughout all stages of the production process, numerous conformity checks are carried out, with electronic certification of color levels, raw material characteristics, tolerances, digital codes, formats, and printing references, along with statistical documentation and analytical certification, always directly available online for the client.

The material leaving Gelmini’s lines on Europallets is packaged with treated packaging that ensures easy recognition and long-term storage in even unsuitable locations without losing its original humidity and machinability conditions.
It is also protected from chemical and mechanical agents and is easy to handle when used on the client’s production line.
